Margaret James: Trusting Your Body + Exploring Belonging as Mothers

Even with all my inner work, I still often feel disconnected from my body and what I want the rhythm of my life to look like.

Today’s guest, Margaret James, is a friend and someone I’ve been working with to help me become more in tune with that: what is my body trying to tell me on a deeper level? And how can I nourish it so that I feel more connected to it?

Margaret is an Ayurvedic health counselor, herbalist, writer, facilitator, and the founder of a natural skincare line called Wild & Radiant Botanicals

She’s a guide onto the path of embodiment – a self-belonging and feminine form of healing – and was instrumental in helping me prepare for Ayahuasca, the plant medicine journey that had a huge impact on the way I view motherhood, feminine embodiment, and feminine energy.

In this episode, Margaret and I discuss her amazing products, energy, nourishment, and the importance of listening to the rhythms of our bodies.
