Mini Episode: An Overview of My Morning Practice (The Dark Hour)

Every morning starts with my Dark Hour.

I coined the name a couple years ago with a mentor and frequently document my Dark Hour on social media. During that time, I often meditate, read, journal, and incorporate some kind of movement component.

Today I’m going to walk you through each part of this practice and offer some tips on how you might start your own. It’s important to note that this is not prescriptive – your Dark Hour doesn’t have to look just like mine. It doesn’t have to be at 5 a.m., or an hour-long, or include what mine does.

But it is something I often recommend to clients. It has helped me tremendously with my inner work practice and the management of my motherload.
