Lauryn Laszczak: Navigating Ambition After Loss

Sometimes, being around grieving people can be uncomfortable.

For many of us, the instinct is to avoid the topic and walk on eggshells so as not to upset anyone. But as today’s guest Lauryn Laszczak reminds us, the emotions around grief are so vital. Confusion, frustration, doubt, sadness, anger and discomfort are all necessary experiences because with them comes WISDOM.

Lauryn is a somatic business coach, three-time female founder, wife, mama of three, and the host of the Loss and Light podcast, which is named for her newest company, inspired by the loss of her stillborn son, Ben.

My friend Lauryn has a beautiful perspective on ambition, internal purpose and allowing ourselves to feel and talk about those things that make us (and others) uncomfortable – if we do, we may find we’re able to achelmize those feelings into something beautiful and meaningful.
