Rachel Pastor: Microdosing for Moms + an Intro to Inner Alchemy
One of my personal goals is to help women alchemize what’s inside of them and turn it into magic and creativity.
It’s the idea behind a new business I’m co-building – Inner Alchemy – with my friend Rachel Pastor. The intent of the company is to demystify microdosing and plant medicine and educate people on how to use it, with a combination of inner work to live the lives they’ve always dreamt of.
Rachel has an amazing story of overcoming drug addiction and finding herself again, which we discuss in this episode, in addition to the importance of self-worth; the lens of motherhood; and the effects of microdosing, which has been known to help with anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
It’s important to note we live in Colorado where microdosing has been decriminalized. We are not doctors, but we can speak from our own experiences. Our goal? To help people take agency over their lives, whether that be through inner work or through microdosing.

Her new mission in life, which is to help people “come out of the matrix” through inner work and personal exploration
How motherhood and be the lens in which we see our pain, shame, and fears, and the darkness it can bring up for someone who’s been outwardly focused
Inner Alchemy, the reasons people microdose, and what protocol-based microdosing actually IS – like going to the gym with a workout plan
Microdosing misconceptions and its possible positive effects – for example, helping people feeling more present, creative, open-minded and optimistic
