Mini Episode: How I Use Microdosing to Help Manage the Motherload

Today I want to talk about microdosing – specifically, psilocybin mushroom microdosing – which I’ve hinted about here and there on social media and other episodes.

I never did mushrooms or LSD before stepping into this plant medicine mastermind, and I understand it’s considered illegal in most states; here in Colorado, they’re in the process of decriminalizing it as of this election season. My opinion is that there are a lot of things in our country that are “illegal” and don’t make a lot of sense, and that this is one of them.

I’m also launching a program with a collaborator this fall that will include microdosing, so today, I want to be candid about my use and experience with it – what brought me to it, and how I apply it in my life.

No matter what you believe, I hope you’re open-minded about hearing my experience, and that this episode demystifies microdosing for you.
